Choose from a wide variety of classes to match your intentions for practicing yoga. Beginners will be most comfortable in the ongoing Lotus Roots and Floating Lotus classes, our 5 week Intro to Yoga Course, and 12 week Building The Foundation session.
Floating Lotus (Serenity) emphasizes slowing down the fast pace of life with gentle postures, relaxation exercises, and calming music designed to melt away stress and to center awareness. Students are invited to work with yoga and breath awareness more purely as a vehicle for deep relaxation. In Floating Lotus (Restorative) the body is supported in gentle yoga poses using bolsters and blankets and small adjustments are offered to enhance relaxation in the pose. Offers a chance to unwind from our hectic day to day lives, release muscular tension and emotional stress, connect more deeply with our inner essence, and promote healing from within.
Roots explores the foundations of yoga practice and focuses in more detail on healthy alignment and body mechanics in postures. For beginners and beyond.
Sunday Morning Community Soul Time and Meditation offers an intentional space to come and savor spiritual practice and meditation. Each week a different Wild Lotus teacher guides a 30 minute experience followed by a period of 20-30 minutes of quiet meditation. Practices include: visualization, readings, chanting, stories, dance, breathing, artwork, journaling, philosophy, and more. By donation. All donations given to a different charity each month.
Flow emphasizes the practice of connecting breath and motion in a fluid style of movement. Flow-Waves classes include sequences from Kali Ray Tri-Yoga with a strong emphasis on wavelike spinal movement.
Yoga-Pilates Fusion is a challenging class that integrates the best of these two powerful practices with emphasis on flexibility, balance, and core strength taught in a manner that stimulates the body, mind, and spirit.

5 Week Intro to Yoga Courses are ideal for beginners who wish to learn in a slower step-by-step manner, systematically building experience and knowledge each week. Deepening Your Practice is a class designed to help intermediate yoga practitioners take their practice to the next level. We review the Universal Principles of Alignment of Anusara Yoga and introduce more refined alignment to increase students' understanding of basic yoga postures as well as to help students access more advanced postures. We also dive deeper into the mystery of the heart by exploring the radically life-affirming vision of the Tantric philosophy underlying this elegant system of yoga. Come, dive deeper into the flow of Grace and unleash your full potential! Students should have at least 6 months of regular yoga practice and instruction, be familiar with the names and forms of basic yoga postures, and be able to do a half handstand at the wall without assistance. Lotus Buds Kids Yoga is a fun class designed for children from K-4th grade. Kids learn to relax their bodies and their minds while being guided through yoga postures, breathing techniques, art, movement, storytelling, and play.
Tweens Yoga is a class designed to help foster physical, emotional and social wellbeing for children 9-12 years old.. This class will offer a creative and fun combination of mindful movement, relaxation, and breathing techniques. Yoga is a wonderful way to help children access their innate wisdom, build self-respect as well as respect for others.
Prenatal Yoga combines Mamaste Yoga prenatal postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to prepare expecting mothers for childbirth and beyond. For women in their second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
Postnatal Yoga is designed for new mothers and their infants (from newborn to sitting). The focus is on regaining strength and flexibility following childbirth and for parents to relax and connect with their baby and other new parents. Women should be cleared for exercise by their doctor.
Private Yoga Lessons emphasize hands-on assistance and guidance in a one-on-one yoga experience tailored to the student's needs and intentions. Recommended for those who wish to deepen their practice with the personal guidance of a teacher, for beginners who prefer working one-on-one to spark a yoga practice, and for people with special needs or physical conditions.
