In this special 6 week course, kids ages 4-11 years learn to relax their bodies and their minds while being guided through yoga postures, breathing techniques, art, movement, storytelling, and play. Guided by certified kids yoga teacher Libby Hoefer. Limited number of spaces. Early registration highly recommended.
