Seeking a relaxing weekend away from your day-to-day routine? De-stress, restore, and renew your soul. Enjoy a nourishing Spring weekend getaway filled with yoga, meditation, guided journal writing, chanting, r & r, and delicious vegetarian meals. All-levels sessions will be guided by Sean, Farah and AC. The retreat will be held at Flowering Lotus Meditation Center, a beautiful retreat center in Magnolia, MS- just an hour and 45 minute drive from New Orleans. Begins Friday evening and ends Sunday afternoon. See schedule below.
Sean Johnson is the founder of Wild Lotus Yoga and Soul School Teacher Training Program. He has taught at yoga festivals, conferences, and retreat centers across the country and is a Yoga Journal contributor and presenter. Sean also tours extensively with The Wild Lotus Band and is the co-curator of Putumayo’s world music for yoga series. Sean will be guiding yoga, meditation, chanting, and hands-on assistance at the retreat.
Farah Gokturk is a Wild Lotus Yoga teacher and mentor in the Soul School Teacher Training program. Farah balances her yoga teaching with private health coaching, as a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Farah will be guiding yoga, meditation, and healing hands-on assistance at the retreat.
AC Lambeth is a Wild Lotus Yoga teacher and mentor in the Soul School Teacher Training program. AC has published short fiction in several literary journals and is working on a second novel. For over seven years she has taught writing at the university level and is an adjunct instructor at Tulane University. AC will be offering yoga, meditation, hands-on assistance, and guiding journal writing exercises at the retreat.

Arrive anytime between 6:30-8pm to settle into your rooms.
8-9:30pm: Welcome and orientation.
Please arrange to have dinner on your own on Friday before you leave your destination. We will have healthy snacks that evening when you arrive, but will not have a full meal.
