4 Week Intro To Yoga Course – In Person + ZOOM

This course is ideal for complete beginners, people returning to their yoga practice after a hiatus, or anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of the foundational poses of yoga. Cultivate physical strength and mobility, and calm your mind in this 4 week program designed to build your skill and confidence in yoga step-by-step.
This course will be offered In Studio in addition to Online through Zoom. Each week you have will have the option to choose which you prefer especially if you will be traveling. Zoom link will be sent to all that register in addition to the class recording.
Pre-registration is required. Upon registration, participants will be sent a Zoom meeting link along with the course password. Participants are encouraged to show their video during the live class and mute their audio. Participants using a laptop do not have to download any software. If you are using an iPhone for these meetings, attendees are asked to download the free Zoom app.
