In this all-levels workshop, we will focus on one pose, taking the time to break it down step by step, to explore modifications and variations, and understand how the principles of its alignment can support and expand the rest of the poses in the practice.
Through demonstration, partner work, and hands-on assistance, you’ll gain practical ways to meet more challenging poses, refine and advance simple ones, and deepen your mind-body connection.
This monthly workshop is the perfect companion to your regular flow practice and is aimed at strengthening your alignment so that you can continue to practice safely and with greater freedom and joy for years to come!
