The practice of Yoga Nidra teaches us we can more fully integrate and open our physical, emotional, mental, and psychic layers of being. As we reach for our deeper layers, we can plant the seed of Sankalpa (the heart and mind’s greatest desire). The deep relaxation and guided imagery of Yoga Nidra (Sleep) encourages the nervous system to unwind, so that we can perceive more clearly and respond with greater peace and efficacy.
In our time together, you will be guided into the deepest layers of yourself through the practice of Yoga Nidra. As your restful consciousness grows, your nerves will reset, you will open, and greater clarity will be achieved to help you ease into your desires and ambitions for the New Year.
In addition to our weekly gatherings, you will receive journaling assignments and recordings of the practice to help you integrate restful opening into your daily life. Please bring your journal and any props to make you comfortable.
