In this fun and relaxing session, which makes a great date– couples are guided through a series of yoga assists and simple yoga massage techniques to help release stress. One partner assists the other and then switches roles to receive the same assists. Habitual patterns of tension in the body held during a solo yoga practice can often be melted away by the healing touch of a partner.
This playful, non-competitive workshop is designed to build trust, communication, joy, and deeper intimacy with your partner through the power of compassionate touch. Both experienced yoga students and beginners are welcome. Absolutely no experience with yoga is necessary.
