Vinyasa flow, journaling, and restorative yoga are excellent ways to encourage greater focus and harness our ability to move fluidly in both joyful and difficult times. Writing allows us to exercise patience and generosity with ourselves, as well as build confidence by allowing the mind’s clutter to fluidly take shape. This workshop will combine a gentle vinyasa flow to get the energy moving throughout the body, journaling to nurture your voice and ideas, and restful and restorative poses to allow the mind and body to calm and re-ground.
Great for new to advanced yoga and writing practitioners. Bring something to write on and a pen.
