The New Year is a beautiful time to make space for a meditation practice as a way to unwind from daily demands and return to a sense of wholeness. Each morning, participants will be lead in a guided meditation followed by brief journaling and reflection. A new skill to support your own mindfulness practice will be integrated each day.
Through guided meditations and daily practice, discover how fostering mindfulness can:
- Connect you with your natural wisdom, creativity, and kindness
- Keep you focused on your intentions for 2020
Registration is required and is limited to the first 15 who register. This immersion is a good fit for beginners and intermediate practitioners who have taken the 4-week Mindful Living series. Two people of color scholarships are available for this immersion (50% discount). If you self-identify as a Person of Color and are interested in receiving a scholarship, please email email@example.com. We will offer these 2 scholarships to the first applicants that we hear from. Deadline to inquire is Wednesday, January 8th.
Lindsey is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist with over 5 years of experience as a meditation instructor. Additionally, she is a Certified Health and Wellness coach and Yoga Instructor.
