After completing this course, students will:
*Understand physical posture, breathing techniques and the science behind mindfulness
*Increase their tools to apply mindful strategies to everyday living
*Gain access to methods and practices that sustain a meditation practice
This course is a good fit for beginner and intermediate practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding of mindfulness. To honor the experience of the participants, this course will be limited to the first 15 participants to enroll. Registration is required.
Lindsey is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist with over 5 years of experience as a meditation instructor. Additionally, she is a Health and Wellness coach who helps cultivate, a sacred and safe space for people where they can connect with their higher selves, better understand their purpose on this earth and mindfully step into their power with clarity and grace.
