- Cultivate a more compassionate attitude towards yourself
- Develop techniques for eating that increase satisfaction
Registration is required in order to be prepare the snacks and is limited to the first 15 who register. This workshops is a good fit for beginner and intermediate practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding of mindfulness.
Lindsey is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist with over 5 years of experience as a meditation instructor. Additionally, she is a Certified Health and Wellness coach and yoga instructor who helps cultivate, a sacred and safe space for people where they can connect with their higher selves, better understand their purpose on this earth and mindfully step into their power with clarity and grace.
