It’s not always so easy to deal with the emotions of loss, but we all experience the waves that come from grief. Grief is much more common than our culture acknowledges. We experience the same emotional process whether we have lost a loved one, a job, or a pet, or even experienced separation due to break up or divorce. Our western culture rarely affords us the time and space to process the emotions that arise during these major life transitions. In this workshop, we’ll learn to navigate our emotions and begin again in a healthy direction. With the guidance of Jack Fontana and Nicole Blair, we’ll explore accessible tools like therapeutic breathing, mindfulness, and connection.
