Grief is much more common than our culture acknowledges. We experience the same emotional process whether we have lost a loved one, a job, a beloved pet or a partner due to divorce. Our western culture rarely affords us the time and space to process the emotions that arise during these major life transitions. With the guidance of Jack Fontana and Nicole Blair we will explore conscious breathing, journaling and a variety of activities to navigate complex and confusing emotions caused by grief or major life transition.
There are so many parts to grieving beyond the loss. Addressing grief doesn’t mean that you will forget your loved one or the good memories you shared, but let’s address the secondary grief and any difficult memories so that you can move beyond your grief. Take the time to nurture yourself and cultivate peace in your future.
