This workshop is for anyone who is interested in learning what it takes to stand on your hands, and a large part of that is your core. This class explores a variety of fun and challenging ab exercises, shoulder and wrist openers, and tons of first hand experience and tips to get up in a handstand. It’s part yoga practice, part core workout, part being upside down, and 100% fun while learning.
There is no requirement to be able to hold a handstand in the middle of the room on your own. We will use the wall and work with partners.
All level of handstands welcome, from first time attempters to long time handstanders.
