It’s amazing that we live in a time where the gifts of yoga are so accessible to our children and available to our families. From our Prenatal to Mom & Baby classes — to Kids, Tweens, and Teen Soul Journey yoga courses — as well as our special Family Yoga workshops and monthly Peaceful Mamas class — we love sharing yoga as a practice for the whole family. Some of our current adult students started practicing with us when they were kids!
Prenatal & Mom & Baby Classes
In our Prenatal classes, prepare for childbirth and beyond with prenatal postures, breathing exercises and meditation. For expecting mothers in their 2nd & 3rd trimesters.
In our Mommy & Baby classes, regain strength and flexibility following childbirth and relax and connect with your baby and other parents. For new mothers & their infants, newborn to sitting. Women should be cleared for exercise by their doctor.
Kids Courses, Peaceful Mamas, and Family Yoga
Throughout the year we offer rounds of courses tailored for kids ages 4-6, 7-9, 10-13 (Tweens), and 13-16 (Teens), as well as a monthly class called “Peaceful Mamas,” and periodic family yoga workshops.
Journey Within Teen Yoga Workshop: Restorative, Healing, Meditation
Teens ages 13-17: Are you in need of some zen? Teens today have busier lives than ever, including rigorous school exams, demanding extra-curricular activities, and social pressures. You deserve to prioritize some time to relax, regroup, and healthily address some of the school and non school stressors in your life. Teens will leave feeling relaxed and ready to calmly address the challenges of their busy life. See upcoming dates below.
