Yoga & Money: A Weekend for Yogis and Healers
Find as much peace in your bank balance as you do in savasana.
June 30th – July 1st
Money is one of those taboo subjects — along with Religion and Politics. Maybe you, too, learned that talking about money isn’t spiritual — or polite. But the longer money hides in the shadows, the bigger our money monsters loom.
I wouldn’t want to run into my Money Demons in dark alley. Would you?
This weekend will begin (or continue) your healing around how you make money and how you spend it. How you save and how you invest. Using the light of the yoga practice, we’ll bring Money out of the shadows; and onto our mats.
The Yoga of Money will re-connect you to your value as a human — unconstrained by your bank balance. Breathe a sigh of relief about budgeting, debt, and spending. Tame — and maybe even befriend — your Money Demons.
This day includes:
Yogic practices to heal your money wounds
Specific tools to tame your money demons
Journaling and meditation exercises to continue your practice
A Step-by-step path into financial peace
Warm and welcoming discussion of money & spirituality with other yogis
The Business of Yoga is for yoga teachers, healers, and therapists who want to build a successful business without sacrificing their inner self. Surrender your doubts about bringing your Biggest Self into the business world, use your unique healing powers to change lives.
What if your work that was spiritually, personally, and financially rewarding?
The key is knowing what makes your work unique, who needs it (and who doesn’t), and *finally* feeling confident charging for your services.
In this 5 hour workshop, you will:
- Clarify your inherent value as a teacher/healer
- Refine the offer you MUST make to the world
- Identify who needs your work — and who doesn’t
- Understand your business model, and why it matters
Together with other yoga teachers, healers, and coaches, you will:
- Practice asking for money (for real!)
- Get feedback about your unique offerings
- Know how to explain your work at a cocktail party or a coffee shop
- Develop a network for support and referrals moving forward
Attendance at The Yoga of Money is *highly* recommended for those who want to attend The Business of Yoga — because if you’ve got personal blocks about money (and let’s face it — we all do), you’ll always struggle with charging for your services.
Please stop hiding your worth from the world — we need you now more than ever.
12pm – 5pm each day
