This is your space to step away from the noise of everyday life—and come back to yourself.
Join Anne Compton and Wild Lotus Yoga in Baja for a retreat designed to help you reset physically, mentally, and energetically. Through daily practice, nourishing food, and meaningful connection, you’ll begin to feel a shift—subtle at first, then undeniable.
By the end of the week, you won’t just feel rested.
You’ll feel different.
At the heart of this retreat is Chakra Sadhana, or Chakra Tuning—a powerful Himalayan practice that works directly with your body’s energetic system
Blending breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation, it releases stored tension, restores balance, and expands your capacity for clarity, energy, and presence.
Each day builds on the last—guiding you deeper into stillness while awakening a renewed sense of alignment.
Begin your day with Chakra Sadhana—a powerful blend of breathwork, kriya, mantra, meditation, and visualization designed to awaken, refine, and restore balance within each energy center. As you move through the practice, you’ll gently clear stagnant energy, activate new awareness, and begin to feel a deeper connection between body, mind, and breath.
After a nourishing breakfast, Anne Compton leads an all-levels Vinyasa flow that integrates the morning’s energetic focus into the physical body. These thoughtfully guided sessions help you embody the qualities of each chakra—bringing the work from subtle awareness into grounded, lived experience.
Each practice closes with Savasana, followed by time for reflection and optional discussion—allowing space for insight, integration, and a deeper understanding of your own inner landscape.
Time to rest, explore, or follow your intuition.
Walk the nearby trails or beach, relax by the saltwater pool, journal with a smoothie in hand, or enjoy optional spa offerings like massage, reiki, or astrology readings.
As the day winds down, gather for a gentle, grounding practice such as restorative yoga or Yoga Nidra—allowing the body to absorb and integrate the work of the day while calming the nervous system and releasing lingering tension.
Evenings unfold at an unhurried pace, offering space for reflection, connection, or quiet stillness—leaving you restored, centered, and ready to begin again.
Gentle mornings. Grounded movement. Space to explore. Time to simply be.
