Explore a wide range of categories, including Foundations, Mellow, Medium Flow, Spicy Flow, All Levels, Short Practices, Meditation, Music & Chant, and Prenatal. Classes are led by a diverse group of Wild Lotus teachers.
The Video Library is included with our Monthly Unlimited Membership, Mini Membership, and Online-Only Membership. Eligible members receive an email invitation to set up their login.
